You submit a role brief. We source, screen, and — for Pre-Vetted — English-evaluate. Profiles delivered within 5 business days (Tier 1) or 10 business days (Tier 2).

We send a Role Brief Form — role title, must-have skills, salary range, timezone. Matchera classifies the role as Tier 1 or Tier 2 within 4 hours, confirms delivery date and pricing. You approve and search begins immediately.
For Pre-Vetted, a downpayment is required before sourcing begins. Tier 1 = $100 DP. Tier 2 = DP follows the role surcharge (e.g. $125 for Legal EA). This onboarding fee is non-refundable and confirms the engagement.
We search OnlineJobs.ph, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and our internal talent pool. Hard knockout filters applied against your must-have requirements. Pool reduced to best-fit profiles only.
Each shortlisted candidate records a 3–5 minute Loom video response to role-specific prompts. Rated on clarity, fluency, and confidence (score 1–5). Skills match summary and salary confirmation completed before delivery.
Candidates delivered via your ATS or a shared Google Drive folder. Non-Vetted receives resumes. Pre-Vetted receives full structured profiles. Invoice sent on confirmed start date.

Every role brief submitted to Matchera is classified into one of two tiers within 4 hours. The tier determines your delivery timeline and the minimum number of candidates delivered per job slot per month.

Matchera Source will immediately decline and notify you for: licensed professionals (lawyers, CPAs for US compliance, clinical nurses), software developers and engineers, C-suite/VP roles, and roles requiring US-based candidates. No time wasted on unwinnable searches.
Quick test: if we can't find 10 qualified candidates on OnlineJobs.ph or Jobstreet within 48 hours, it's not a Tier 1 role. We tell you immediately.
Tier 1 slots — minimum 10 candidates per slot per month. Tier 2 slots — minimum 5 candidates per slot per month. These are minimums — Matchera continues sourcing beyond these numbers. If role requirements change mid-search, the minimum count resets from the updated brief date.

Legal EA / Medical VA → $125 DP · Tech EA / Real Estate VA → $100 DP · Finance Manager → $150 DP. All DPs are non-refundable and paid before sourcing begins. If role requirements change mid-search, a new DP applies per the updated role's tier classification.
If a client changes role requirements or the target profile at any point during an active Pre-Vetted engagement, a new downpayment is required based on the updated role's tier. The original DP is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply depending on the new role classification.
Each slot represents one active role Matchera is sourcing for. Slots renew monthly and stack by volume tier.
Minimum 1 slot. To close a slot, notify Matchera before your monthly billing cycle. The slot remains active through the current cycle and closes at the end of the following billing cycle. Tier 1 minimum 10 profiles per slot per month. Tier 2 minimum 5 profiles per slot per month.

Tier 1 slots: minimum 10 candidate profiles per slot per month. Tier 2 slots: minimum 5 per slot per month. These are minimums — Matchera will continue sourcing beyond these numbers. If role requirements change mid-search, the minimum profile count restarts from the updated brief.
Free replacement available within 30 days of the hire's confirmed start date. Follows the same tier SLA as the original role. No new placement fee — the $50/mo retainer resumes upon hire of the replacement. Non-Vetted does not include replacements; Matchera delivers continuous profiles per active slot each month.
The downpayment is a non-refundable onboarding fee that confirms the engagement and triggers the sourcing process. Tier 1 = $100. Tier 2 = surcharge amount ($100–$150 depending on role). If the client changes role requirements mid-search, a new DP is required for the updated role. The original DP is not carried forward.
To close a job slot, notify Matchera before the monthly billing cycle. The slot remains active through the current cycle and closes at the end of the following billing cycle. Minimum 1 slot required for Non-Vetted.
A signed service agreement is required before engagement begins. The agreement covers scope, pricing, delivery expectations, confidentiality, and payment terms. Matchera will send the agreement after the initial brief is confirmed.
